Production on the first Armoured Combat Support Vehicle (ACSV) is currently underway in London, Ontario at GDLS (General Dynamics Land Systems-Canada) manufacturing facilities. The contract was first awarded to NCRN partner GDLS last September, when work began on a number of subcontracts for National Defence Canada. According to the Government of Canada's official press release, "These new vehicles will fulfill a variety of combat support roles such as that of Troop/Cargo Vehicle (TCV), ambulance, command post, and mobile repair and recovery."
